How 2 entrepreneurs solved the main problem facing web marketers and web agencies, thanks to a revolutionary and innovative tool
And yet it wasn't easy. It took us 15 years to achieve it.
Years of thinking
It took us 15 years of thinking, during which we tried everything, because we too have experienced the main problem faced by all web agencies and marketing departments…
Having lots of customers and projects is one thing, but knowing how to organise multiple stakeholders with diverse skills is another one.
So we started to define processes for each service. This approach was very successful, but we needed to find an appropriate interface to automate all these actions and reduce the working time of our project managers.
In addition to organisational issues, we were also experiencing problems with sourcing and hiring talented people. We were having difficulty recruiting the right talented workforce and retaining them.
We soon discovered that there are a number of freelance marketplaces where we could find qualified skilled people. These platforms make it easier to put people in touch with each other and contribute to our development, but these solutions have their limits. The quality of services provided can vary widely from one freelancer to another, and there is no in-depth verification of the skills of each person and no follow-up or commitment to the work carried out. These solutions protect the service providers but not the customers.
Creating a unique platform
Based on our frustrations, we decided to create a unique platform offering access to numerous digital services, as well as a management tool using automated work processes.
